ISF Ghana Investment Committee Chairman (Independent)
A private independent financial advisor providing banking, investment, corporate finance and private equity advisory services to large corporate and SME firms. He has over 28 years' experience in the banking, financial services, and SME business community, including over eighteen (18) years in senior executive management positions.
Barbara is a finance/economics professional with extensive experience in project analysis and evaluation, including feasibility studies and business plans, management and operations reviews, due diligence reviews, business valuation/appraisal and financial analysis. She also has strong project management, research, analytical and report writing skills.
Innocent Bulindi is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Business Development Fund (BDF) of Rwanda. He has over 16 years professional and senior management experience in related fields of Finance & Accounting, Audit and Tax covering several industry sectors (Banking, Telecommunications & Aviation).
A Fellow of ACCA, United Kingdom (UK) and an Associate member of ICAN. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria (1982). He has over 30 years of work experience as an accountant, auditor, banker, private equity practitioner, management consultant, entrepreneur and business coach.
The IA works in collaboration with the Senior Investment Manager under the supervision of the Fund Manager. The IA is the primary dealmaker and provider of Business Development Assistance (BDA) to investee SMEs and should have proven hands-on experience in business development and financial transaction work, especially in the areas of business analysis & diagnostics, risk analysis and deal structuring for SMEs. The IA also requires skills in client relationship management, consulting, business turn-around, marketing, accounting, and credit management. In addition to actual investment/credit and or SME business development experience, the IA at least must have a good working knowledge of Ghana based financial customs and norms.
